Roland joined Bencis in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a background as a chartered accountant and held various positions within Shell and was partner with Deloitte. In his role as CFO at Bencis, he oversees financial statements and fund reports, risk management, compliance matters and is a member of the investment committee. Roland has a post-master degree in accountancy from the University of Amsterdam and has a board position as treasurer at the Dutch Association of Private Equity Funds (NVP).
