Karlijn holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente, with a specialization in Financial Engineering. After finishing her studies, she started her career as a management consultant at Kearney. She gained expertise in the field of due diligences, post-merger integrations and strategic transformations. Before joining Kearney, she gained experience during internships in private equity, risk management and asset management.
