Alex joined Bencis in 2024. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities in the DACH region and creating value in portfolio companies together with ambitious management teams. Prior to joining Bencis, Alex worked for Adagia Partners, a pan-European mid-market buyout fund, in Paris and Frankfurt where he completed multiple transactions in both countries and helped build the German presence of the fund. He also worked at Private Equity fund 3i in London and Frankfurt for several years focusing on origination, execution, and value creation. Alex started his career in Strategy Consulting with LEK Consulting and FTI Consulting focusing on Private Equity as well as Corporate Finance & Restructuring projects across Europe. He studied Management with a major in Finance at ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and Berlin as well as Cass Business School, City University in London, earning a Diplôme Grande École and MSc in Management.
