Creco is a wholesaler of parts and accessories for (electric) scooters and mopeds with more than 1,000 active (B2B) customers and is located in Purmerend. Over the last 30 years, Creco has established a top market position in the Netherlands by offering a wide variety of original parts and accessories for numerous renowned brands as well as selling parts from its own brand Power1.
Through the acquisition, Pe-Pe Parts further broadens its product assortment of scooter and moped parts and accessories while also adding multiple new brands and customers to its portfolio. By acquiring the company, Pe-Pe Parts will further strengthen its leading market position in the Netherlands.
