Speak Up

Why it matters
At Bencis Capital Partners, integrity and transparency are at the heart of everything we do. We encourage everyone — employees, portfolio company staff, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders — to speak up when something does not feel right.

Why Speak Up?

Concerns raised early are the most effective way to prevent problems from escalating. We are committed to creating an environment where anyone connected to Bencis or its portfolio can raise concerns safely, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation.

Reports may relate to, but are not limited to:

  • Bribery, corruption or fraud
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Health, safety or environmental concerns
  • Breaches of laws, regulations or company policies
  • Financial misconduct or irregularities
  • Unethical business conduct

Everyday feedback and suggestions

  • Concerns about how a decision was made or communicated
  • Suggestions for improving how we work with portfolio companies or partners
  • Feedback on our ESG practices or sustainability efforts
  • Concerns about workplace culture or team dynamics
  • Any situation where you feel something could be done better
