Raphael joined Bencis as Managing Director in the Düsseldorf office in 2022. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities in the DACH region and creating value in portfolio companies together with ambitious management teams.
Raphael began his carreer in M&A working more than 10 years for DC Advisory and a Swiss private bank. During this time he completed more than 20 sell- and buy-side transactions advising corporates, private owners and financial sponsors. Since 2015, Raphael worked for a private equity house as a Partner focusing on special situations and buy-out transactions. He holds a Masters degree in business & economics from the University of Bochum, Germany.
