Emma joined Bencis in early 2025. She first worked at Bencis as an intern in 2020, and then spent several years at the investment bank Houlihan Lokey.
What drives her is working closely with entrepreneurs: building the next phase of their business together with them and supporting them in the choices that come with it.
Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and a master’s degree in Finance & Investments, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She lives in Amsterdam, where she enjoys spending her free time being active outdoors.
