Before joining Bencis, Sarah was part of the team at Merodis, a Brussels-based M&A boutique, where she specialized in sell-side M&A transactions, supporting management teams across various industries. She also brings valuable experience from her previous roles at Sia Partners and Vendis Capital. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven. At Bencis, she is involved in assessment of new investment opportunities as well as execution.
