(\u201cBencis\u201d) is verheugd de eerste en definitieve sluiting van <strong>Bencis VII<\/strong> aan te kondigen op de hard cap van <strong>EUR 625 miljoen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De fondswerving kreeg sterke steun van bestaande investeerders, evenals van veel oprichters en managementleden van ondernemingen uit de Bencis-portfolio. Hierdoor kon het fondswervingsproces snel en succesvol binnen zes maanden worden afgerond. Bencis verwelkomt daarnaast een aantal nieuwe investeerders (limited partners) die zich hebben aangesloten om de verdere groeistrategie van het bedrijf te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p>Met dit nieuwe fonds zal Bencis haar investeringsstrategie voortzetten door te investeren in partnerschap met ondernemers en managementteams in de <strong>Benelux en DACH-regio\u2019s<\/strong>, om hen te ondersteunen bij het versterken en verduurzamen van hun bedrijven.<\/p>\n<p>In de afgelopen 18 maanden heeft Bencis acht desinvesteringen gerealiseerd in Bencis IV Continuation Fund, Bencis V en Bencis VI, met een gemiddelde MOIC van 7,0x. Deze resultaten onderstrepen het bewezen vermogen van Bencis om sterke rendementen te realiseren door actief eigenaarschap en nauwe samenwerking met het management van haar portfoliobedrijven. Bencis verwacht verdere succesvolle exits in alle actieve fondsen in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Deze sluiting markeert tevens een bijzondere mijlpaal in de geschiedenis van Bencis: <strong>exact 25 jaar na de lancering van haar eerste fonds in 2000.<\/strong> In die periode is Bencis uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende onafhankelijke investeringsmaatschappij, erkend om haar partnerschapsgerichte aanpak en focus op lange termijn waarde creatie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWij zijn dankbaar voor het vertrouwen van onze investeerders, oprichters en managers die ons tijdens deze fondswerving hebben gesteund,\u201d zegt Zoran van Gessel, Managing Partner bij Bencis. \u201cDe grote vraag naar Bencis VII is een bewijs van de duurzame relaties die we in de afgelopen 25 jaar hebben opgebouwd, en van ons gedeelde geloof in partnerschap en duurzame waarde creatie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Het fonds wordt beheerd door hetzelfde ervaren team dat ook de eerdere Bencis-fondsen succesvol heeft geleid. Bencis VII zal blijven investeren in middelgrote ondernemingen, en hen ondersteunen met strategische begeleiding, operationele expertise en kapitaal voor groei.<\/p>\n<p>Bencis werd bijgestaan door
