Bencis supports business owners and management teams in achieving their growth ambitions. We have been investing in strong, successful businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for over 25 years.<\/p>\n<p>The Bencis team consists of 34 professionals based in D\u00fcsseldorf, Amsterdam and Brussels. Historically, we have raised six funds with a total equity volume of EUR 2.2 billion and we currently invest out of Fond VI with EUR 575 million.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><br \/>\nTo strengthen our team, we are looking for an Investment Professional to join our office in D\u00fcsseldorf. We advise Bencis funds on small- to mid-sized majority investments in Germany \/ the DACH region with growth and buy-and-build potential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Background<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; min 4 years of relevant professional experience in:<br \/>\n&#8211; M&amp;A advisory \/ investment banking<br \/>\n&#8211; Transaction services \/ financial due diligence<br \/>\n&#8211; Strategy consulting<br \/>\n&#8211; Private equity or similar investment-related fields<br \/>\n&#8211; Track record of working with founders and boards, teams of people, hands-on live transactions, business model analysis, and strategic &amp; financial assessments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competency<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 High level of independence, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong analytical and quantitative skill set<br \/>\n\u2013 Strategic thinker with a value-oriented mindset and critical judgment<br \/>\n\u2013 Team player with a sense of humor and
